CSW Manual End Feeding
Simple and ergonomically solution for can-end feeding for low capacity lines. The Manual End Feed is available in single or double lane configuration.
CSW Manual End Feed system (MEF-1) for aluminium can-ends as well as steel-ends, normally used for capacities up to 30,000 can-ends per hour. Above this capacity CSW recommend an automatic un-wrapper system. The Manual End Feed has a maximum storage capacity of 5 rolls.
Rolls are positioned in a chute with a 30 degree angle. Paper sleeve is removed manually by operator at an ergonomically operating level. The ends- feeding chute is automatically guided during process to and from pusher unit.
The Manual End Feed is also available in a ‘twin-version’ – the MEF-2
